Modest apartment, in the historic center of the city, right in the heart of downtown, just a few meters from Monument to the Flag and the river. Internally located and isolated, somewhat dark, ideal for going out to explore and then returning to rest. Assembled furniture, not so aesthetic, but comfortable and functional. Private parking in the building, for a vehicle of standard dimensions and a moderately skilled driver. Quiet building with a patio featuring a large pool and plenty of space.

One-bedroom apartment, facing the back, on the 4th floor accessible by elevator. Bedroom with queen-size bed and wardrobe, full bathroom with bathtub, living room integrated with the kitchen. Amenities: Gas stove, electric drip coffee maker, microwave, under-counter refrigerator, Android Smart TV (no cable), WIFI, air conditioning in the living room, tabletop fan, gas heater, basic tableware, small table, stools, large 4-seater sofa with two armchairs (can be used as a double bed or two single beds); Provided with sheets, blankets, 1 set of towels and bath towel per person; toilet and kitchen paper, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid hand soap. Exclusive parking on the 1st floor accessible by elevator, suitable for standard-sized cars with medium parking difficulty. A scarce resource in this high-traffic area where parking is prohibited everywhere. Building pool on the 2nd floor accessible by elevator, approximately 7x7, club-style, with plenty of open space around and bathrooms. Unique! Terrace on the 16th floor overlooking the river and the monument, unfurnished. 16-story building from 1971 in excellent condition. Elevators, gas, electricity, and water in perfect working order.

During the reservation, the entire apartment will be available exclusively for guests' use, except for one side of the wardrobe, which is locked with a padlock and contains personal items. Guests will also have access to the pool area, provided they respect the neighbors and the common usage rules. The building also features an accessible terrace with a view of the river and the monument. While it's unfurnished, it offers a captivating view for anyone with a bohemian spirit.

We personally handle both check-in and check-out to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival and to tie up any loose ends upon departure. Throughout the rest of your stay, we're available 24/7 via phone to assist with anything you may need.

Our apartment at San Martin 500 is situated in a central area of Rosario, within the city's historic center, very close to the Monument to the Flag. In its surroundings, there is a wide range of services and amenities. Major avenues such as Boulevard Oroño and Belgrano are accessible, connecting you to the entire city. For gastronomy enthusiasts, options include the historic Bar El Cairo, traditional eateries like Comedor Balcarce or Gorostarzu, as well as more modern spaces like Rock&Feller's. Additionally, the area offers cultural spaces such as the Parque de España Cultural Center and the Museum of Decorative Art. Regarding nightlife, bars in the lively River area are available. Completing the panorama are shops, banks, and other essential services, making San Martin 500 a privileged location in Rosario.

Due to its central location, it's easy to access almost any point of interest by walking, biking, or public buses (using a SUBE card). There's a public bike station 600 m away. Additionally, the apartment has its own parking space, and if not, there is metered street parking with a parking meter from 8 am to 8 pm and open private parking available 24/7 within 100 m.
The bus terminal is located 3.5 km away, and the airport is 15 km away.
